09.00 a.m	We begin our day tour relaxing in a Herbal Steam bath to open the skins pores and start the rejuvenation process from within. The outer skin shall then be gently massaged with pure mineral salts from the Dead Sea, removing all old and dying skin, leaving it radiant and glowing.
10.15 a.m.	To complete your skins total rejuvenation, a full mud body wrap will then be applied using mineral mud once again from the Dead Sea. Unwanted toxins and waste will be drawn from the skin during this one hour treatment totally invigorating the body and making you feel years younger.
12.00 p.m.	Lunch shall now be served using a combination of natural herbs, fibres, tropical fruits, and fish. A succulent fruit cocktail shall also be part of this wholesome, nutritious experience which we know you're going to love.
01.00 p.m.	Our afternoon program starts by taking you down the path of the Ancient Egyptian holistic healing technique of Foot Reflexology, to restore inner balance and harmony to your body. This involves the systematic stimulation of all the nerve reflexes in the feet that correspond to the internal organs and all other parts of the body. It is far more than just a foot massage.
02.00 p.m.	If you're not alraedy feeling sleepy, you soon shall be, as our tour continues with a one hour Swedish Massage for total body and mind relaxation. You'll love this experience with a choice of Thai herbal oils or imported pure aromatherapy oils available. Close your eyes and dream.
03.00 p.m.	We conclude your day of relaxation by offering you, a choice of fantastic facials that shall then be available to ensure you leave us glowing with a smile. Tou'll feel radiant, you'll look radiant and shall be relaxed like never before...

For a Complete Health, Fitness and Relaxation Experience.

In this day and age, the importance of fitness and relaxation has become more evident, increasingly so for the corporate traveller. Experience the ultimate day of unwinding in Phuket's best equipped gymnasium by far. Thirteen pieces of cardio including Treadmills, Cycles, Rowers, Steppers, Elliptical trainer and Cross Country Skier, a full range of weight stations and free weights, swimming pool, aerobics, steam, sauna and a 15 bed professional massage and beauty centre, will be waiting for you.

09.00 a.m.	Spend the first hour of your day undergoing a complete fitness evaluation from one of our instructors using our computerised executive fitness test.
10.00 a.m.	The next hour of this invigorating day shall then be spent with your own personal instructor either helping you with equipment, providing a comprehensive program for you to follow, or simply as a training partner.
11.00 a.m.	An hour at your own leisure. Whether it be swimming, further exercise or a personal 40 min. aerobics session, the choice is yours. Steam rooms and sauna will also be available just prior to lunch.
12.00 p.m.	Lunch shall now be served using a combination of natural herbs, fibres, tropical fruits and fish. A succulent fruit cocktail shall also be part of this wholesome, nutritious experience which we know you're going to love.
01.00 p.m.	After a morning of physical exertion, we now start our afternoon program of cleansing and relaxation. A body salt scrub will firstly be applied to leave your skin radiant and glowing.
02.00 p.m.	Aromatherapy eucalyptus oil will then be applied during a vigorous hour of sports massage to smooth out any tension you may have left from the morning's exercise.
03.00 p.m.	We finish the days program with a Deep Cleansing Facial or if you are male, a Fitness Facial for Men. Both will leave your face tingling with freshness and we are sure you will leave us with a smile.
	Free water and one Sports Drink are included in the morning session and Herbal Tea shall be served during the afternoon.
